Badblocks output

I'm part way through running the burn in guide on a couple of new disks. Just about 18 hours in and one is showing:

Testing with pattern 0x55: 82.04% done, 17:48:07 elapsed. (202/0/0 errors)

Do I RMA it, or is this be expected?

At this point I would wait for BOTH drives to complete the process in case both end up having errors. Errors showing up on BadBlocks testing is definitely reason to RMA in my opinion.
What brand are the drives?

Not, it is not.

Let it finish, then take a look at the output of smartctl -x.
