The link from SM says it's "based on the Marvell 9480 host controller".
Googling for "freebsd Marvell 9480" doesn't make it look like it's well supported.
Future reference/pro tip: When checking for compatibility, find out what chipset the device under examination uses and search by that, then look by specific model. Usually cards like this are just a reference design with a different company name printed on it. The model specific search is for those few cases where the company also adds it's own custom firmware that is significantly different from 'stock'.
