Any issues upgrading from FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE to 11 Stable? (Rsync?)

Hi,

I have 3 Freenas boxes all running 9.10.

Freenas box 1: Main box
Rsync to Freenas box2
Rsync to Freenas box3

Freenas box 2: Backup box for some folders on Freenas box 1
Rsync
No other real usage / users

Freenasbox 3: VM - Backup box for all of Freenas box1.
Rsync
No other real usage / users

It all runs fine - no issues - do I upgrade or leave it alone?

All but one of our servers is on 11. Our main production system is still on 9.10 because no one wants to come in on a weekend and upgrade the server. We don't see any performance benefits to 11. We'd like everything on 11 just for ease of support and we try to be reasonably current.

If you're ambitious, I see no downside to upgrading. But I also don't see any problem with sitting at 9.10 a bit longer.
