I am building a NAS for home server and will be using it stream to multiple sites in house, and limited users outside of the network. It will be running FreeNAS and mainly PLEX client. I made a mock build on pcpartpicker and am trying to check compatibility. Can anyone give some advice or make sure it looks like I got everything covered? I plan on running Raid Z2 with 6 drives.

Can you give suggestions on my case? I am thinking of either
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146075 ($39.99)
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352031 ($69.99)
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352048 ($109.99)
or the smaller
4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352027 ($59.99) but I'm worried mostly about the cooling. Would all the first 3 cool better than the Node (since 6 drives +SSD)?

I picked whatever RAM was listed on the part picker, but Im not sure if it is totally compatable...I have read about registered/unregistered and do not know which my mobo supports or which kind this RAM is. I also do not know if this is the optimal RAM brand or if it even matters

Here is my part list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/n8xcdC

Except the mobo I am closing on New egg is SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SL7-F-O and not the Supermicro X10SL7-F. I don't know fi there is a difference.
Thank you for the help.

SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SL7-F-O and not the Supermicro X10SL7-F
That's been answered in the X10/X11 FAQ and the Supermicro model number decoder stickies.

Trailing -O denotes retail, -B bulk packaging.

I will read the stickies on the x10. thank you for the replies. And I have heard the the R5 is the popular case. That case comes with 2 fans, 1 front/1 rear and can hold 1 more front, 3 top/2bottom/1side. How many fans would be recommended with 6 drives? Also, for the power supply, is 850W seem right? Parts picker says 268W for this build, which would be around 31%. I read somewhere that 30% was the target.
