All new media not being seen by Plex

I'm not quite sure what the issue is but after configuring Couch Potato, Tranmission and Plex I was able to download and display the first three media files that populated into /media/Movies and looking at the directory every subsequent download is there as well and are named according to Plex's requirements, they just wont populate after repeated scans.

My apologies in advance but I haven't been able to find any solutions
