All Docker containers fail to be created / stick crashed on "Deploying."

I have tried countless Docker images and none of them run. It installs the container then continues to sit there saying "Deploying." I don't know where to get the logs from on the host side,

It seems the TrueCharts and SCALE apps seem to deploy relatively well. Sorry I have been pulling my hair out for far too long. Yes I did an exhaustive Google and DuckDuckGo search and only came up with one that was two years old and did not apply to this situation Thanks in advance. Will happily provide in data I am able to but I am new to SCALE so if you want something you'll likely have to say where it is located.

I would also check your Application events. Just go to installed applications, click on your application, and a pop-up should appear with a drop down menu, where you can see the application events.
