This is my first FreeNAS setup and i've built the system from an old EX495 and literally need it to just sit as a Network Drive for my MacMini Server.
Due to the memory limitations on the Hardware (2GB) I've created a a striped UFS volume with 777 permissions and created a AFP single share. Along with a user to connect with.
I can connect to this device fine from my server, but as soon as I start copying files, the transfer will hand about 20% into the transfer. Unless it's somewhere sub 100mb.
With me being new to FreeNAS (and networking in general). I'm sure i'm missing something dumb and have tried searching. But, as I don't know what i'm searching for it's been difficult.
