Accessing legacy UI from TrueNAS

I've just gone and updated to TrueNAS without having sorted out my warden jails. I there any way of being able to use the legacy interface to access them?

I don't believe so. Warden went away in 11.3.

You can try booting into the previous version (System > Boot). If that works, update to FreeNAS 11.2-U8 and migrate your Warden jails to iocage jails. FreeNAS 11.2 is the last OS version that supported both Warden and iocage jails. Later versions only support iocage jails.

I have a copy of 9.10.1.iso somewhere, if I install that on a boot disk, would it be able to import my pool?

Older versions can be found at https://archive.freenas.org/

I'd follow @Basil Hendroff suggestion and get 11.2-U8.
