9.3 to 11 ??

Hi All, so I think it's about I upgraded and updated my jail templates, etc. Can I go straight to 11 or should I hit 9.10 first?

You should be able to switch directly to 11.

Upgrade straight to 11 went perfectly! All jails working great. I love this solution, thank you for all your hard work.

The only error I got was afpd: No Suitable network config for TCP socket. I needed to re-enable the interface binding in the AFP service. All good now.

Hi

I just want to get clarity on upgrade. If I use GUI way, do I just point to where ISO is and upgrade from 9.10 to 11 will continue? I have already done config backup etc.

No, you switch trains to 11-Stable and run the updater.

In the mean time could you point us to the corrected link? I couldn't even find a copy of that FAQ on archive.org.

I'm guessing I should probably update my 9.3 to the latest 9.3-STABLE before switching trains to 11?
