9.3 RAIDZ2 Not Offered

In setting up a new 9.3 install with 4x2TB HD, volume manager does not offer a RAIDZ2 config but only a 2x2 mirror/stripe. I checked the docs & this seems contrary to what they say and prior 9.3 setups have offered Z2 pools. Is there anyhting I should check/try? I do note that this is a very minimal system that is below spec (old Atom w/ 2GB RAM max) but it has run 9.2 well in its role in the past and seems fine on 9.3, except the pool config is not as expected. Any info/ideas appreciated.

Assuming it isn't the RAM that is causing the issue.... did you drag the slider to select all of the disks? Are the disks all the same size?

Make sure that instead of doing the 2x2 with the slider that you do 4x1. You can do a Z2 with 4 disks

I had to poke around a bit with that when I made my pool.
