4 users how to set privilleges rules..

Hello

I have installed Freenas, and I have 4 users..
User1 will be sent files to user2, and user3 and user4.. (folders user1, user2, user3, user4)
User2 will be sent files to user1 and user3 and user4.. (folders user1, user2, user3, user4)

How to set that this will work .. when user1 sent files to user2 .. user3 must be not allowed to view and copy this files.. how to set this security to private folders ?

Please help.. :(
