2 Nic's on Freenas

I have installed another nic so I could use it with Transmission. After I have it installed the second one and setup as an interface to my pfsense Vlan Freenas will not check for updates or I can not retrieve the list for available plugins. Seems like the Freenas is trying to access the internet through the new nic.
Have I missed something in setting up the interface?

Which FreeNAS version? Did you specify the interface to use in that jail's settings?

Just upgraded to 11.2-RELEASE the other day. Yes my main interface re0 is set to dchp and I have set re1 (new nic) to static and gave it an IP.

Ouch on the Realteks, they will give you a headache.

Hmmm. Guess I should find a good Intel dual nic then? Whats a good PCI.e nic?
