I'm on TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1 with a RaidZ2 pool of 8 x 4TB hard drives.
I am in the process of building a newer server with a board that supports ECC, and smaller case.
When I swapped my hard drives over do I need to label what SATA port each one is on and plug them into the same ones on the new Motherboard?
Or can I just remove all 8 drives in a stack and just randomly hook them up to any port and ZFS still recognizes the Pool.
Thanks, this is my first time attempting this and I want to plan ahead of time.
