My truenas will take about 30 minutes to display this interface when it is newly installed or restarted. It can be used normally after startup!

My hardware
TrueNAS-13.0-RELEASE

Main board: s1200spl

Hard disk: Kingston SSD +hba

The startup mode UEFI and BIOS have been tried!

Can you confirm this is a fresh install, empty drives, setting up TrueNAS on bare metal without any virtualization?

The motherboard seems to support software raid.
This might be causing the issue.
Make sure no such is enabled in the bios, select AHCI mode for all drives.

Thank you for your patient help! The BIOS is indeed set to the AHCI mode,

This problem occurred suddenly after upgrading the version of 11.2u7. After searching the forum, it seems that it is a gptzfsboot boot problem. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This could be just slow drive enumeration through the HBA, and then searching for a boot drive within the array. How is your boot SSD connected? If PCI-E or directly to the motherboard, you can modify your BIOS boot settings not to search through the array, and only directly to your boot SSD. You could also try disabling any boot ROM on your HBA.
