Case suggestions?

Hi,

I've built my FreeNas into a Fractal Design Define R2, I have 4x 4TB and 4x 8TB drives in it.

I've got an issue where I can hear the harddrives "hum" from the floor below where it sits.

It's like: Hummm (for 1 second), silent (for 1 second), hummm (for 1 second), silent (for 1 second)
I dont have any hardware errors in the dashboard.

Which Computer cases can you recommend me, that will fit atleast 8 drives (maybe more) in a way that the humming is less noticable?
Needs to fit an ATX motherboard and PSU, else the size does not matter very much.
Thinking max 150€ +-

Isolate the case from the floor it sits on to prevent the vibration transmission.
