If I lose power and Frenas shuts down most of my plugins turn off. When I click on them to turn them back on they will not turn on. I usually have to delete and reinstall them. It can happen even if I do a reboot or shut down. This problem has been going for almost 2 years. Any ideas? Thank you.

Do you lose power to your NAS a lot? Why is that happening? Seems like you start at the root cause and go from there.

Anyone help me with this??
I just re downloaded a few of the plugins that did not work. I didn't uninstall the one that does not work, so now I have to of the same plugins 1 works one does not. I will restart the server and see if the one that works stops working.

It works after a shut down and pulling the cord. I have a error flashing that:

You're not running enough memory to be running plugins, especially Plex.

Ok thanks. Add another 8gb? Do you think that's what the issue is? The cpu good enough still? I only stream 1 show at a time and dont have issues unless I lose electric power or sometimes after a restart from a update

Yes add another 8GB. It should bring some stability to your system but you still need to address the power outages with a UPS.
