Can someone help me with this?

My freenas setup consumes a lot of ecc ram.
I am still testing as a new user of freenas.
In the near future I will buy several new disks.

Currently I am using an old 1000 Gb drive for Back-Up and Plex.
On the second disk of 500 Gb run the two Ip cameras.

This uses over 10 gb of the 16gb ecc ram.
Treunas itself is installed on a Samsung V-NAND SSD 970EVO Plus NVMeM.2 250 Gb.

See pictures.

it's supposed to. This is one of the ways zfs maintains performance along with data integrity. as long as swap is not being used high ram usage is normal.

More specifically, it only uses RAM that is available...
