Hello, have a question about my FreeNAS server (s) .

Parts :
Board : Supermicro X11SSH - CTF
Proz. : Xeon E3-1220v5
Ram : 32GB ECC - Samsung ( lt Board list . )
One Pool with 3x10TB HDDs RaidZ2, Single SSD, testet with RaidZ1 with 4 Disks etc.
Chenbro Cases with 6GB backplanes

In itself, the thing runs very good, but when writing many small files (from Windows client CIFS ) the speed goes down, and i cant see why.

It does not matter whether a single SSD, a small or large pool ( Z1, Z2 ) or whatever .
SMB3 is selected , SMB2 was nothing else .

Is that normal? (Test was with 100,000 files a 1kByte ) Can someone test this?
By comparison, a Win Server 2012 pool.

left WinServer 2012R2 , right FreeNAS - both nearly the same HW - this Pictures Write on a single SSD in FreeNas Server, but its similar at other Volumes.

It looks beautiful ,as soon as possible at first, but then continuously the Speed goes down low to 150kBit.
The Prozessor plays , Ram is free , otherwise for me nothing flashy . Enclosed the Screenshots of FreeNAS at This Moment.

With big datafiles Write and read is Ok.

Read at 10GB ethernet from FreeNAs Server (35Gbyte File for Test), without adjusting anything.

Write on the big Volume with 10x3TB RaidZ2 is continuously 400MByte (35GByte file for test).

Please Answer in easy Words if it's possible. My english isn't good, and i am not an IT Professional. (But with a little help i find the intern Consol )
