windows vm can't start

Hi guys,

I'm trying to boot a windows vm in my freenas 11 build.
this is my build:
Dell R510
xeon E5520
32 GB ram
1 hdd for testing

I made the vm using this tutorial:

when I try to start the vm, I get these messages you can see in the image attached.

What's wrong here?

The picture you posted is a normal console output after someone boots FreeNAS.
the other output can be ignored as it's the result of a bug that's currently being
addressed in an upcoming update. Again, everything below the IP address can
be safely ignored!

Thanks, this is already a good piece of info.
I just got why the vm didn't start, something was wrong, the data volume was deleted all of sudden. So, no boot drive for windows, no iso,...
Now I solved this, but I still can't connect to the vm in vnc.
I've been reading about this, and got this as possible problem; I'm using a xeon 5520, is it possible that I have to get a newer cpu? for example a 5620? I read these have one extra property that the 5520 doesn't have which is needed for vm's in freenas.

I think you're on to something there, the CPU would have to support virtualization in order to work!
Take a look at arc.intel.com

Well this is in fact why I bought this new(er) system, this cpu supports virtualisation, but also extended page tables, what is needed, from what I read. But now I read somewhere that something more is needed, which is included from whestmere cpu's, so for example the 5620. I've ordered this one, so I hope this works! thanks man!
