freenas 9.10.1-u4
cpu: e5-2670
mem: 192g
pool: 6ssd raidz2 + 6ssd raidz2

I copy some big files from windows to nas, and copy some files to windows at same time.
the nas response time is very slowly, web page in loading status too long also.

A smbd process at 43% of a single thread (or a couple of threads) is normal. If all cores are at 100%, then you should poke around your system and look for other problems. Perhaps upload a debug file.

thank you

One thread spiking up is quite normal... however, that shouldn't be causing slowness to the web UI or other parts of the system - especially not with an E5-2670.
