Did I really delete my media library?

While removing corrupted jails, I was swapping permissions, etc. I am hoping they are just hidden or something. I cannot seem to get them to show. I tried to unmount in case I mounted over on accident, and I have also chained down permission- all to no effect. The only thing that makes me question if it is gone or not is that Plex has 3.7 TB used, and I cannot find that data- unless it is showing the parity as a part of that?

Do you have snapshots?
How much do you expect the "Plex" dataset to take up?

It's possible you have mounted some dataset on top of the Plex mountpoint.

I do have snapshots! One of them is 3.72 TB from 2017. Does this snapshot contain my media that might be restored? Will rolling back destroy new media in the pool?

How do I diagnose this? I think my plex media is about 3 TB.

Are you running any automatic snapshots? if not, you can see how pool capacity has changed around the time you started messing with you system.
Best to use the legacy web GUI to visualize RRD graph. If space has changed drastically, that would mean you have most likely lost your files
If you have snapshots, you can do a "zfs diff pool/dataset@snapshot".
It can take a while.
If you have the name of one of your file, you can search for it.
Otherwise, you can use MC as root and explore the folders within the PLEX dataset.
