Files dissapeared from dataset yet still shows as 9.8TiB is used

So I was trying to reinstall Radarr on my NAS as my previous version had broken when i updated some of the packages.
After messing up with the install for the first time i tried to delete the jail in the iocage folder via ftp then removed the dataset via the WebGUI.
After removing the jail, I noticed that my whole Media dataset had all the folders and files dissaper from it despite the WebGUI and command lines showing that there was still 9.8TiB in use for that dataset.

My thought was that I had mounted the Media folder inside the jail to be accessed and then when I removed the jail, it also somehow removed the media files.

I used this guide to try and install radarr.

I think the data is hopefully still there but I don't know how to reveal the files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've tried some of the commands below but haven't been able to see any files.

EDIT 1: I have checked the Snapshot made after the files "disappeared" and it doesn't contain anything

Have you looked at snapshots for your Media dataset? It may be the case that you can just roll back the last snapshot and all will be Ok again.

I, unfortunately, didn't have a snapshot of that folder before the disappearance. Stupid I know (will know for next time). I did make a snapshot after the error occurred though and it lists it as 9.8TiB in size.
