Where are downloaded plugin pbi files located

I install transmission plugin.
However it seems that the first downloaded pbi file is broken son the installation fails.
Then further tries on installing transmission plugin will just use the previous downloaded broken pbi.

I am trying to locate the pbi file and remove from shell but have no idea where is the downloaded one.
