What is this error message telling me

I think it is saying bad memory in Bank 8? I dont have a Bank 8, the mobo is a X8SIE

You've got something going wrong with your memory. Could be a bad stick, board, PSU, etc. Take the system down and run a thorough MemTest86 on it.

3 passes of the 16GB Crucial memory passed with 0 errors.

Whats next? Both board and PSU and brand new. It could be them though....
