It is possible to install webmin on FreeNAS?, if so, can somebody give me some pointers of how to do it?

No. Why would you? You should be managing your FreeNAS box from its GUI. If you attempt to use a different method you will wind up with a broken box.

The reason is, I would like to have access to the log files in order to troubleshoot and issue I am having with NFS sharing and IP cameras. I am not too good with CLI

If you create a syslog dataset, and reboot, you will have a log directory you can share it out and access from any other machine.

If you aren't good with CLI, you will never get webmin installed.
