wbwd0: HEFRAS and EFER do not align - What is the meaning?

While attending to my freenas i caught this line while booting the server:

"wbwd0: HEFRAS and EFER do not align".

What is the meaning of it? what is "wdwd0"?

Should i be worried?

Do not be worried about it. It is a common message. I don't know what it means either. Next time try a Google Search and you will find a lot of hits for this message but not with respect to an issue about this message directly.
