Wake on LAN with re0

I just installed FreeNAS a few days ago and wondering:

1. why isn't there any option to go into standby (suspend-to-ram)
2. why is there no support for Wake on Lan with realtek eg. 8168B/811B

because with ifconfig re0 it shows WOL in the feature flags but FreeNAS can't set it to work when shutting down...

It would be nice but i think there are higher priorities right now.in the mean time you could get it working and post a guide or setup a cron job to shut it down and have the bios wake it up in the morning.

I'm not sure of the official road-map, i can say I'd like to see it in there but it's not my decision. (unless they are hiring in 6 months once i have my BS in Computer Science)

Does anyone know how to get WOL working in FreeBSD 8.2, while we wait for it to be added to FreeNAS?
