Volume goes read-only. Why?

My main FreeNAS volume, being shared to my MacBook Pro as an SMB, has become read-only. I didn't do anything. I will screenshot, copy/paste, say the correct Shinto prayer, or whatever you say if you have some advice for solving this. Thank you.

SuperMicro X10SLL-F
i3 4170 at 3.7GHz
16gb ECC
4x1TB WD Red drives in a raidz
SMB share to my Mac
2017 MacBook Pro 2.3 i5
