VNET w/ Intel i210

My onboard nic is an intel i210. I was reading up on the differences in it and upgrading to a i350 card and saw here that VT-C is one of the few differentiating factors.

Does VNET work in a way that would make an i350 nic a worthwhile upgrade in comparison to the i210?
