VMware iSCSI capacity vs partition size

Hello, when adding a new datatstore in vmware 6.5 my FreeNAS iSCSI Disk appears as 10.00TB which is correct however the Partition Layout shows free space as 1.25TB. Not 10T? pictures attached. any feedback would be appreciated.

ESXi still doesn't properly support 4Kn sector size on remote LUNs.

Edit your iSCSI extent and ensure that "Logical Block Size" is 512, and the checkbox for "Disable Physical Block Size Reporting" is checked.
