VLANS and Apps in SCALE

I've been using CORE for a while and it's very clear about disabling hardware acceleration and using bridges with VLANS for jails. The docs for SCALE don't seem to have any of the details compared to CORE.

I have a new build SCALE server with an intel NIC and multiple VLANS, performance is very slow (comparabe to CORE without hardare offloading disabled). I can't see an option to disable offloading on the NIC. Are there any pointers on best practice, please?

I haven't noticed a change in speed. But, I am not using VLANS. It may be an area that is waiting for further optimization.
