Is there anyway to view file logs
such as copy/delete/new etc
and what user

can this be done in interface or though ssh?

I have same question like vertigo262. And one more thing, i wonder ZFS log disk store what logs.

I know the key log files, like messages, are on a rotation, so you don't have to worry about them blowing up. Likely so for the lesser log files as well. If you want to work with them, your best bet is ssh. Though you can enable the messages footer from the web interface which gives you easy read access to messages.


Regarding the ZFS log disk. ZFS log disk, if I understand correctly, stores ZFS transaction information rather than readable logs. Also, you should not implement them until you have a good understanding of them, as they can make or break your ZFS volume.
