Good afternoon all,
after a long time just letting my NAS burble along, I thought I should do upgrades and use a bit of spit and polish.
Running HP Proliant 54 with 4 WD Red, 3 Terabyte drives. 8Gb Ram, USB drive carrying the OS.

First - the attempt at update revealed message - not enough space.
I can't seem to get past this.
If I select v11 stable and change trains, I get the same outcome.

Seems like a stalemate to me.

Any clues to what I need to do?

thanks

Roger

Delete some old boot environments to free up some space on your boot drive.
. I've just checked - my boot is an 8Gb usb. My system won't interrogate it and I'm not sure how to clean it up via Freenas.

You delete them from the GUI. System -> Boot
