Hi all,
I have a hp 3par model which does not have NFS. To use the NFS feature I have installed FreeNas 9.2 on an HP G8 Server with 2 HBA cards which are directly connected to 3par.
Now 3par cannot see the WWNs of freenas , thus cannot present a LUN to FreeNas .
And I cannot manually find it on server .I have the following commands on console-
pciconf -lv
freenasdump .
Tried booting HP with Smartstart Cd .
I have the following output :
vendor = 'QLogic Corp.' device = 'ISP2532-based 8Gb Fibre Channel to PCI Express HBA' class = serial bus subclass = Fibre Channel none1@pci0:8:0:1: class=0x0c0400 card=0x3263103c chip=0x25321077 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'QLogic Corp.' device = 'ISP2532-based 8Gb Fibre Channel to PCI Express HBA' class = serial bus subclass = Fibre Channel
Let me know how to find the WWN number
