use FreeNAS as a windows file server problem

hi all
i have a problem with CIF share
I want to use FreeNAS as a file server and i had a scenario but i can not perform it with FreeNAS.
i want to make a folder for all the staff and each person can read and write in his folder but others only can paste folders or files on his directory
so i want to give write permission to authenticated users and read and write to the right staff
but when i clear the read permission others even could not see the directory to paste files on it
is there any solution to help me
please advise
