upsmon conection refused in FreeNAS 11.3

Hello everyone, I would like you to help me with a problem I have when configuring a UPS in freeNAS. I have it running on VMware workstation but I think that is not the problem. I attach the photo of the CLI throwing the connection error.
Error comes out when I activate UPS service
