I upgraded to FN11 U2 this morning. On reboot my UPS is no longer communicating. Seeing the following on the console log on the web page. Could anyone point me in the right direction to fix this? Thank you in advance.

This is an APC BR1500G Back-UPS Pro using APC ups 2 Back-UPS Pro USB USB (usbhid-ups) before the reboot worked fine.

Getting emails every 15 minutes:
COMMBAD - ups
NOCOMM - ups

FreeNAS-11.0-U2 (e417d8aa5)

The model and driver information will help us here.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna update one of my servers to U2
and see if the same thing happens to me.

Thank you.
Maybe I'm not using the correct name, using the "Identifier" field from the UPS settings which for me is just upc.

I get:

upsc ups@localhost
Error: Connection failure: Connection refused

My UPS Status Report which I got here has:

UPS Manufacturer: American Power Conversion
UPS Model: Back-UPS RS 1500G

Check the cable by unplugging and re plugging, making sure the server plug goes back into the SAME usb port.
Watch the footer console messages change as you unplug the cable and plug it back in.
If that does not work, stop the ups service and restart it.

No issues with UPS after updating (FreeNAS -11.0-U1 to FreeNAS-11.0-U2) approx 15 hours ago.

Unplugging and plugging the cable back in results in the same thing:

Code:
freenas upsmon[31363]: UPS [ups]: connect failed: Connection failure: Connection refused

I'm not sure how to restart the ups service. It will not start to begin with. I've rebooted, that should restart the service.
Tried multiple ports, same thing.

I noticed the port was 4.2, I tried that and the service started. Just waiting now.

Ran my ups-report script this morning, back to normal. It's supposed to be stormy today, we usually have power flickers if the storms are worthy so maybe I'll get a notice that it's on battery. Else I'll yank the power cable later tonight. I appreciate the help everyone!
