Upload Config Problem

After a boot device failure on my backup system (see Dell in sig) I made a fresh install of FreeNAS-11.0-RC (ad90a865b) from the iso, then attempted to upload my config file "Dell-FreeNAS-11.0-RC (ad90a865b)-20170504134106.db" from a couple of days ago, but:

Someone else noticed this yesterday but I don't see where they reported the bug yet:
