New install, where do I upload my backup

Due to a cpu failure I have had to put FreeNAS 11.2-U2 on a USB stick to do the fresh install.
Now I am logged into FreeNAS GUI, where do I go to to upload my latest backup.

Dude.. it would have taken less UI IO, google wattage and Illuminati credits if you just opened the manual from the link in FreeNAS..
