Upgrading from Jails from 11.3 to 12.2 some work and some don't

So I did a fresh install of TN12.0-u4

I imported old pools and then began the process of upgrading jails.

I did the ones I don't care about first.

Radarr, Sonarr upgraded fine from 11.3 to 12.2

Jackett and Transmission not so much.

I haven't even tried plex yet because I don't want to break that one.

I have also tried to just install jackett and transmission from scratch in a number of different ways:

Used the community plugin system in Truenas

Also using the guide for 11.3 in the resources as people say they work fine on TN 12.0-u4

I can't get either Jackett or Transmission to work at all.

The install processes (either using all defaults or setting up vnets) go through fine and I can ping out from the jail and ping the jail but the GUIs just do not show up.

Did you make sure to upgrade all of your pkg after you upgraded the jails? I think iocage does this automagically but not 100% sure.
By GUI not showing up I assume you mean trying to go to [JAILIP:APPPORT] in a browser does not work? Double check that first, the service is running on that jail and secondly that it is running on the port that you have it configured for
