Upgrade issues

Hello all,

I recently updated my freenas and kinda forgot about it for a week or so and came back to find it didn't update. So when my server boots it goes through a process and gets to "Running upgrade scripts..."
and jus thangs. I am not sure what version I was upgrading to exactly now but I think it was 11.3 U3, I can check if it may make a difference. I searched around and found nothing pertaining to this.

Checking the box it seems to say it's 11.3-U4.1 Still doesn't go pat that other point other than I plugged in a keyboard to see if there was any key response and it immiately showed (upon pluggin g it in) a series of commands that filled abotu a screen and a half or maybe 2 then stayed tehre, still hasn't moved.
