Upgrade from FreeNAS-8.0.1-RELEASE-amd64 (8081) to 8.2

Hi,
I would like to upgrade my platform into last 8.2 beta version from my current version: FreeNAS-8.0.1-RELEASE-amd64 (8081).
I run from USB stick 8 Gb and of course i dont want to lose my current configuration regarding Volumes, Shares and so on.

Please anyone can suggest the safest procedure to do so.

1. Buy a second USB stick
2. Backup your configuration using System -> Settings -> General -> Save Config
3. Install lastest Beta to 2nd stick, actually wait and install Beta 4 any day now:)
4. Restore your configuration using System -> Settings -> General -> Upload Config
