Update to 9.10.1-U4 failed

Hi,

I am a hobby user of FreeNAS and its been wonderful for the past 3 years. I run it on old hardware that I have kicking around which is not the ideal solution.

Today I attempted to up date to 9.10.1-U4 and received the following (da0:sim:0:o:0): CAM status: CCB request completed with an error. I tried a fresh install after backing up things and still get this error. Tried a fresh copy of the iso and still the error. I have read that this could be a sign of the USB ADA 8G dead. However I have no issues if I install an earlier version 9.10.1. Any ideas what is new with this version that I should be looking into?

It's possible that the stick decided to take this opportunity to flake out on you. Have you tried saving your config, installing to a new stick, and restoring your config?

@dlavigne You maybe right it seems like its all fine now after a few days I have been able to update to the latest stable version.
