unable to complete setup on Organizr

i am trying to install organizr on a jail inside freenas with this link https://github.com/causefx/Organizr/wiki/FreeNAS-Installation-(Organizr-V2) and installation is completed successfully but while doing initial setup i am unable to finish,and while clicking second time it says "sign up error occured "
please help me.

here is the console message i am getting while finishing the admin setup of organizr

I just tried the instructions from the git. No changes just blindly pasted all the commands and it works fine. I could get past the setup page and login like normal..Maybe delete the jail and try again ?

tried many times on different jails, but no success. I got it installed on virtualbox freenas and it worked fine without any issue.
don't know why this is happening on main server.

issue is resolved. after setting up organizr i just restarted my server and then created admin account through wizard and voila it's working falwlessly.

excuse my ignorance but does on the last step https://heimdall.yourdomain.com mean you can access it via the web or is that just local link?

It's a local link. You could make it open to the Internet using port forwarding, but I wouldn't recommend it--that's why I'm only discussing using DNS validation to get the cert. But further discussion would probably be best on that thread.
