Unable to boot to new OS Version?

The Active image is set to the Default, I updated my Freenas. I can not get FreeNAS to boot to FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1-9. I rebooted my server couple of time but I still boot to this image FreeNAS-11.2-Beta1.

You need to remove some of those duplicate copies. No need to keep them all.
You could backup your configuration file, then do a clean install and import your configuration file.
