Unable to access WebPortal: ahcichX: Timeout on XX port X. File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9....."

Truenas boots up properly then a couple of minutes this screen comes up. I am forced to reboot the system but the screen comes up after a couple of minutes. I am not able to access the portal via the web-browser.

Which version of TrueNAS are you running? And on what hardware?

Can you ping the NAS? And if you can do that, how about ssh into the system?

Version:
TrueNAS-12.0-U6. Yes initially I can but after a couple I am not able to too ping or access the web-portal. This is what comes up below currently i can still access the web-portal but in a couple of minutes I get the other screen the i can ping or access the web-portal.

To me it looks like a bad controller with the "ahci" lines.

What HW are you using?

i can ping the address of the truenas but the webportal and its shares on windows are not accessible.
