Unable to access Web interface

We had some backups fail on the weekend so I decided to go have a look at the web interface. I wasnt able to login, and console session was lagging on commands. So we did a reboot on the system. Now sometimes I get a login screen though it might not work well.

Often the login looks like this and then you go to login and failed with a error:

I thought maybe this could be a duplicate IP issue. So we changed the IP just to be sure.

Checked the cables and the switch port as well, and made sure interface didn't say no carrier so that looks good.

I can access SSH from the looks of it and I checked the pools to see if they were a issue and they looked good as well.

Well, I was running 11.0U2 on that server, and after a long time of trying and trying again. I was able to get in and update the box. Seems like everything is working well after the update. So not sure what this means.
