UEFI Shell on FreeNAS Installation Media?

Would it solve the IR to IT mode issues some people are having, if the documentation could consistently reference UEFI Shell started from FreeNAS install media?

The shell plus some GRUB is under 1MB...

Assuming the version of GRUB used for FreeNAS presents no impediments to loading an EFI shell, this sounds like an interesting addition. I'd add it to the boot pool instead of the install media, though. Or maybe both...

I was thinking that having it on the install media would be easier and less dangerous to an average user.
