Trying to install Truenas 12.0-U3 on ESXI 7.0-U2

Hi,
I'm trying to install TrueNAS on ESXI, before that worked but now I get the following error: No drives available. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Fixed, installed a SATA controller instead of a SCSI controller.

and add your storage controller to the PCIe passthru mechanism. This will require a reboot of the ESXi host.

I run SCALE that way with 2 NVME SSDs passed through. What sucks is that ESXi thinks nested virtualisation and passthrough are mutually exclusive ...
