trying an ipmi card made freenas stop seeing network interfaces

I know, maybe it was helpfull...
I do, an esxi server, but before I tried the ipmi card, both the esxi and the freenas server worked fine...

Hmm, it's changed again.
I tried to put a static ip on the freenas server. and did a reboot.
Now I can't access it from anywhere.. again.
